The GIS Software used by the City and County is made by Esri. Esri has a site dedicated to taking input from you about your computer and tell you what versions of the vast software they have will be compatible. We strongly recommend having a computer that exceeds the minimum specifications. Minimum specifications only ensure that the program will run on computer all by itself. It does not allow the program to run optionally or concurrently with other common programs.
